At MommySoFunny.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, we are here to help. 

Returns: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to info@mommysofunny.com within 15 days of receiving your order. 

Process: 

1. Contact our customer service team at info@mommysofunny.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item or the reason for your return. 

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. 

3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
